Clean room but pool was unavailable all weekend. Staff was great.

This is a well-kept hotel! It was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly - even with our late check-in. The biggest bummer was that the pool was closed for maintenance.

- We were able to park a 15-foot U-Haul moving truck at the back of the building. We saw a couple of much larger trucks parked back there too, including a tractor-trailer. Nothing happened to our truck overnight, but still, your experience may vary. Moving trucks in hotel parking lots have been looted or stolen in the past, so it is best to avoid that if possible. We used a disk padlock on the back of the truck and a steering wheel lock for extra security, but that only reduces the risk; it does not eliminate it. - Air conditioning worked well enough. - WiFi worked well enough. - There were working electrical outlets. - There is a mini fridge and a microwave oven. - The hotel is located within easy walking distance of a grocery store, which I hear is something most people's actual homes don't have in America. - The breakfast was satisfactory. - There are a lot of restaurant options in the area. - The bathroom does not have a locking door. Instead, it has a sliding door that can be moved to close either the bathroom or the wardrobe, but not both; this sliding door cannot be locked. I've heard that hotels do this sort of garbage on purpose to discourage multiple people from renting one room, but I can't verify it; in any case, this is just ridiculous. This was a double-queen room, so there is clearly the expectation that at least two people would stay there. - There were a few signs of damage and uncleanness in the room, but nothing that really concerned me personally.

Good breakfast in the morning! Good amount of restaurants around that offer delivery as well as places to go out. We were not notified that the pool was down for maintenance. However, when we asked the front desk about it, they immediately were able to help us and gave us a pass to go to the pool next-door. This was great for our kids. Overall, a really good stay would stay there again.

Staff was super friendly, room was clean. I didn’t feel grossed out. Breakfast was very good.

Room was clean and updated. But shower had literally such low water pressure that I had to finish washing up and rinsing my hair in the bathroom sink. When I let them know at checkout, they said several guests mentioned the same thing, so obviously this is an issue.

Staff was terrible. Very unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I even reached out to the general manager by voicemail and email and have yet to get a response. The TV did not work my entire stay, the room was never cleaned and the shower only had water pressure for cold water. Very disappointed overall.

It was nice and clean big rooms, but we lost power and didn’t have power for at least 24 hours and no Wi-Fi during our trip

Friendly staff, clean, recently renovated room, comfy bed, parking, hot breakfast with nice variety.

Staff was great! Young lady at the front desk gave a super reference for a good dinner. She was courteous and very professional. The grounds were lovely and well kept. Room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Best nights sleep is had in days!

The hotel was new or recently rennovated. The rooms were clean - bathroom and beds were nice. The breakfast was good with hot eggs and bacon.

The pool looked nice however, we didn’t get to enjoy it because it was overrun with a group of very rowdy boys that left no room for anyone else.
