Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Pool area was clean and water was warm.

You canceled my reservation same day as arrival after driving 3 hours. No manager on duty at 4 pm on a Wednesday. Bad all the way around
-
Great location. Friendly staff and very comfortable room. Plus, really enjoyed the size of the lounge area as I was there with a big group and there was plenty of room for all of us.
-
Shower was awesome-quiet room, pleasant check-in staff.

The staff that were there were very impressive but they were way understaffed and were not able to quicklyassist everyone. Its a nice facility in a good area but due to the major staff shortage, I wont be rebooking any time soon.

The journey from New York was not easy. It took much longer than we expected, and by the time we arrived, we were exhausted and anxious to check in. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with such a warm smile. She welcomed us so kindly, said we must have had a long drive, and even offered us a welcome drink. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us after such a difficult trip. During our stay, she also took the time to ask how we were doing, and her genuine kindness made us feel truly cared for. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to spell her name—it sounded something like "Via" (or "Bia"). I hope the hotel knows who she is because she deserves to be recognized. Please let her know how grateful we are for her kindness and hospitality. What could have been a very stressful experience became a wonderful memory because of her. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome. We will always remember your kindness.

The staff was wonderful and the room layout was perfect for us. I was grateful that there was a good quality clothing iron and board. One major problem though: my son who was in town for the Junior Olympic Games, slept on the sleeper couch and woke up with a severe case of neck pain. I got him every remedy possible and took him to the urgent care center, but all we could do was put on a patch and hope and pray it gets better. Luckily the competition wasn't until the next day and he was able to move his neck enough to complete his event. I slept on the sleeper for the rest of the stay and I woke up with aches everywhere. You really can’t offer that sofa bed as a sleeping option. Other than that, I thought the hotel was wonderful.

First of all: Excellent service and response to our special requests from the front desk staff! Clean room with full kitchen. Breakfast was convenient and hotel is close to many restaurant options, with a few in walking distance.

When I returned later, their computer system was down, delaying check-in until about 3 PM. Before receiving my room, I reminded the same employee about the upcoming reservation, and again I was told everything was handled and I would just need to stop by the front desk the next morning. The next morning, the same employee suddenly couldn't find the reservation and acted like our previous conversations never happened. Even though I had the reservation numbers and my aunt's credit card was already on file, I was told there was nothing they could do because the reservation was in my aunt's name. Their only solution was for me to call corporate, which didn't even have a direct number—just an automated system that texted me the same phone number. After wasting a significant amount of time, I ended up paying for my own room anyway. My aunt even made two trips to the hotel trying to straighten everything out, and it was still a mess. There are much better hotels in the area with staff who know how to handle reservations. I will never stay here again.

Comfortable seating inside and outside, fill kitchen in room Needed more exercise equipment, weights

The breakfast wasn't super great (coffee was good, but food was sub par.) and the pillows were a little too firm for my liking.

Near the fair grounds and a variety of food spots. The room was overall clean, although there were a few spots that had some paint splatter. We also had enough to park our truck and trailer. The breakfast wasn't super great (coffee was good, but food was sub par.) and the pillows were a little too firm for my liking.
