This is a very cool, very clean hotel. The staff was amazing. Every single one was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately for me, they are renovating, they did as good a job possible minimizing any disturbances but my room didnt have hot water during my stay which is difficult. They warned me in advance, I stayed anyway and was glad I did cause its a great hotel...I am sure hot water will be back by time this review is posted. Stay at this hotel..so worth it.

Not what we expected at all…very deceiving.
-
Overall OK. Clean enough but some deferred maintenance, shabby furniture.

The property was truly unique and festive. However the staff at check in made no mention of the continental breakfast and we did not get to enjoy that amenity. Would suggest signage or tell people as they check in. Thank you.

No hot breakfast-ovens were broken. Bare basics in room-no coffee maker no pad paper or pen.

Honestly, this place wasn’t perfect but it was exactly what we needed! The tub was great, bed was comfy, and the staff were super nice. We had to get our room switched 3 times due to cleanliness and amenities not working, but our final room was great! There was minor water damage and a few broken things in the room, but it was clean other than that and we had a comfortable and very quiet stay. You can tell they are trying to improve this place so if you want a nice big bathtub and a cozy bed on a budget, it’s a great choice when stopping through town. The staff had zero issue moving us around and making sure we were accommodated and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, granted we did get the Deluxe suite with the jacuzzi. The room was awesome, the whole experience was great. The only problem with the hotel is the lack of hot water, couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi without freezing ourselves.

Terrible experience overall.

It was awful, I booked two rooms at that night. After we sweaty out of sauna room, it was took me for a while to figure out the hotel out of hot water. The front desk told us the water heater was broke and whole hotel out of hot water ( it should tell us when we checked in and up to customer to determine leave or stay). After that, we found the sheets very dirty, the lamp covers had broken, no hair dryer in the room. Even worse, the front desk said they will give us a discount rate, but still charged us at original prices. Called for discussion the issues, they kelp the phone connected but no answer at least 20 minutes long. Until I write this complaint down, no any party response this issue.

No hot water in the shower. I was told the system is being repaired, at the height of tourist season! A tiny cube refrigerator in the room on the floor, not a table, that I would have had to access if I got on my knees, not big enough for anything more than a cold sandwich. Big disappointment, I was told the original owner sold out about a year before. The only thing I can rate positively out of this sorry experience was the buffet breakfast. Fresh, hot and a good variety of healthy items. Great kitchen staff. Other than that, don't stay here. A decent Hotel 6 is a much better bargain.

No hot water in the shower. Shower handle broken. Hot tub didn’t turn on. Lock on door was broken. Not well maintained at all.
-
It was very unique looking hotel, it was a little outdated. The reception staff was very helpful. Unfortunately we had booked a two bed room and now we’re available. There was no hot water for our shower.

Room was clean. Remodel going on. Lots of debris in hallways.

Superb
-
Staff was very nice Wallpaper in hallways were cover in dirt - peeling off the walls - sheets and pillows on bed were stained - the floor in our bathroom was so slippery I fell down twice - then the carpet outside of the bathroom was so wet it slacked through our socks - there was no hot water

The property was in great condition and the staff good . The breakfast left much to be improved the kitchen had something broken so it was more contential breakfast than hot breakfast. Bagels and coffee .

Now the rest… two of the three rooms were dimly lit (the last room was an “upgrade” with a hot tub - not much use w/o hot water) long unrenovated rooms with minimal amenities, torn wallpaper, carpet soils from long hard usage. It was however clean, just a lot of damage to old furniture and fixtures. No USB ports and minimal AC ports in any convenient locations. Breakfast was very minimal with nothing hot other than a toaster and coffee. It was my understanding that the hotel had been run into the ground by previous owner and was recently purchased, and they are renovating much of it. Maybe by 2027 it will be back to a classy hotel it once was probably 40 years ago. Meanwhile, I will stay elsewhere.
