The staff was very friendly and helpful. Small but good breakfast buffet. Room was comfortable, warm and clean. Toiletries were available. The location was excellent, very close to the republic square yet away from the crowd.

Everything is old and worn out but the real problem are the pillows that looks like dirty rags and the sheets that are grayish and stained with countless stains, and greyish towels also.Not to mention the mold in the bathroom even on the sink where it is definatly easy to be cleaned. Broken sink faucet, broken and dirty trash can that you cannot open withoul touching ..... I cannot understand how such a room could be called "very clean" in some of the reviews. There is someting fake in this hotel rating. This property should not be rated more than 5 and even less for cleaness.

It is near to supermarket, restaurant, shopping mall and establishments. The air condition is not giving cold, we feel a bit hot inside the hotel and our stay is summer, also we couldn't inside the room :(

The staff was really helpful, and considerate . It was like a home for us.

Their Wifi needs an upgrade. It’s too slow, we have to request to the reception to move us to different room,from basement to ground floor, but still we face the same issue. Their beddings needs to be replaced as well. It’s white supposedly but it’s more on the brown side maybe because it’s old sheets and yowels are worn out.

The staff were amazing. Especially Rozana, its family friendly atmosphere, and hospitable staff.

The stuff was very kind and checked in me earlier, this was very helpful after a night flight. The hotel location is very good! There’s close to main attractions. For me was nice that Hrazdan Stadium is 20 minutes walk. Very nice and kind stuff! Room was clean. For breakfast was a buffet tasty and quite filling. the hot water tap needed to be allowed to drain to a comfortable temperature, for me this is not very critical.

Very cozy place near all restaurants and center of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would be here again, for sure.

Hotel location was great! The staff were so friendly and helping. There were problems with A/C, but they fixed it. Some lamps were blinking constantly which was annoying. The shower in our room was leaking. For breakfast, some food were not so fresh.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Cleaning every day, replaces every single product, even the room slippers. The service provided by the hotel is good, but the structures are old, it needs a makeover. The room walls are very dirty (see photos, don't need cleaning, need a painting!), the bathroom also needs a remodel (shower ware is broken and peeling...) The room windows with city view are so dirty, that is hard to see outside

Great location close to Cascade and downtown. Very helpful personnel, good breakfast, soft beds. Public parking slots by the entrance, 24-hour concierge. We were offered late checkout for free and a place for bulky luggage (ski equipment) The room was not new and had a few defects, but the personnel solved the issues immediately. Also, they provided us with extra spoons and teabags.
