Middletons is a collection of six historical, Grade-II listed building located around a secluded courtyard garden in the heart of York city center, 2625 feet from York Rail Station and York Minster. It offers complimentary access to a fitness center with a gym. The hotel is 7 minutes' drive from York Racecourse. Individually decorated, the rooms with attached bathroom have free high-speed WiFi, a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities as basic facilities. A fresh breakfast is available every morning and the modern Sawmill restaurant offers a Yorkshire Tapas Menu throughout the day. The whole look and feel of the hotel was great. Also the city centre location was very handy. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The cosy room (21) did feel a little too cosy at times.

The staff and service they provided was excellent. We ate our evening meals and breakfast there and both meals were well presented and tasty. The location was ideal for easy access to York City.

Amazing location, easy to walk into town. Although the rooms are a little small, the beds were really comfy and luxurious. It was clean and very relaxing. Breakfasts were great and the gin tasting us highly recommended! Nothing

Overall cleanliness was fine, but the hotel could use some updates, like the carpets. Carpet everywhere feels unhygenique.

Great location The car park on arrival confusing,just a notice at barrier in and out to say just press button no code needed as it gives impression you need a code!

Location and facilities. Friendly staff. Room needing a bit of tlc, bathroom panels cracked and mouldy sealant to bath, but not worth complaining about.
