Nice location. Everything was nice

Location 1. Very small rooms. 2. Tiny bathroom, no way for water to go out except bath tub. Complained to reception but no help was provided. 3. No one was to help bring our lagguage down while check out. 4. Staff is not that supportive. 5. It is not Hilton grade hotel.

Location. The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent location and the concierge, who was consistently the friendliest and most helpful member of the team. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. Our room was not ready until approximately 30 minutes after the advertised 4:00 PM check-in time. During check-in, I asked about the express check-out process in case reception happened to be busy at the time of departure. I was told that I could simply leave the key cards in the box. The receptionist then mentioned that there would “probably” be additional charges to the card on file, giving only a very brief explanation before moving on. I found the use of the word “probably” inappropriate, as it suggested that extra charges were likely. The room itself felt dated, with older décor and a very small window. The bathroom and shower also felt outdated, and the shower was quite small. I was also disappointed by the service at reception. When I requested assistance with our luggage, the receptionist appeared hesitant to help, even after the concierge prompted them to do so. I expected a more welcoming, attentive, and proactive level of service from a Hilton hotel. Overall, while the location is excellent and the concierge was outstanding, I believe the hotel would benefit from improvements to both its rooms and the consistency of its front desk service.

The staff on entrance were very helpful. We booked 2 rooms and we were happy one of the rooms was ready earlier as we were going to my sons graduation. We also got a parking spot at the hotel. Nothing.

Nothing! Couldn’t even stay there I was left to find a new hotel at 11pm on Monday night because one of the rooms in my booking had suffered a maintenance issue and was deemed unsafe. They suggested I go to stay at another Hilton hotel but I would have to pay the rate difference. I later found out that my room wasn’t unsafe, they had just sold it before i could arrive. I was told not to worry and that because it was on their end they wouldn’t charge me for the cancellation, they just couldn’t do it at the time because they were having internet issues. Only to be charged the whole cancellation fee three weeks later. Hilton are usually a reliable and great option but this hotel WASNT! Do not stay here or arrive after 9 pm because you might find that your room has become “unusable” aka sold to someone else.

Its location is great: easy access to the old town and the main attractions. The staff at the Front Desk were gracious and attentive. The restaurant was good. Rooms were rather large and comfy. The room did not have a thermostat, so temperature and ventilation could not be regulated. I was told to find and use a fan hidden in the closet. Also, our room was at the end of a long hallway which included steps, making it very uncomfortable to access when pulling heavy luggage --the hotel apparently occupies two different buildings joined together unevenly. The TV sets were state of the art, but were not yet connected to the internet and thus had no access to YouTube or Netflix. Moreover, it did not come with a small fridge of any kind; fortunately a very kind person at the front desk was able to produce one and have it installed in our room (for medications). I felt this hotel did not live up to Hilton standards but this can be fixed easily with some investment in equipment.

The bed Way to much scented products on staff and in common area, room was loud with people talking and singing in hallway at 6 am, bath tub would not drain properly. Could not go into dining area for a coffee without paying the buffet fee. Had a serious allergic reaction to the carrot cake.

It was in a perfect location. Our view of Clifford Tower was amazing. The room was so nice and comfortable. Very nice amenities! We had to leave!

It was a lovely stay with an amazing view. I have to give a HUGE thumbs up to the valet driver. Somehow he parked our nine seater van in the garage and extracted it the next morning! There is a parking lot across the street as well for those that prefer that option. Lovely stay!

Great location, parking on site, nice breakfast Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay here

Great location, cleanliness and staff. We had a great stay, as can be expected with most Hiltons. Want to highlight the unbeatable location! Parking on premises was really expensive and the breakfast was just okay for how expensive it was.
-
lovely breakfast, all staff very helpful throughout the hotel, parking very good. The room we were in could do with a little refurbishment.
-
Location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. For almost $400 a night, I was expecting a really nice room. It was small and average. A parking garage was supposed to be available(for an extra $40) but it was full and we had to use public parking.
