Perfect for a late stay and close to the party life I loved

The location and service are perfect for the category. Nothing! It's perfect.

Super clean facility, staff on site 24 hours 7 days a week, across the street from a supermarket, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, snacks water, cool AC powered rooms. No view of the beach but your wallet is happy with the savings. Small children running around.

Great location, clean, free towels. Free tv. I was asked to pay higher than the booking price. Once I started calling booking and trying to get to the bottom of it, they relented. The capsules are very thin and you hear everything else going on.

the location was really nice and so was some of the staff we stayed in a double, you only get one small locker for a double thats really only big enough for one persons things. one night during our booking we left 2 backpacks, a bag with toiletries and a tank top, and a bathing suit hanging on the steps to our pod where we put our shoes . there was no entry to any other pod so we figured it wasn't so much an issue. that night they took the bathing suit and the bag of toiletries but left the backpacks. the next morning while packing up we realized the bathing suit was gone. we went to reception and asked for it and gave it back. they said nothing about the bag of toiletries that they also had taken. we left before we realized it was gone. we messaged several times and only got a response when we called. they initially said they didn't have it until we said it was with the bathing suit they took then they admitted they had it. we had to wait several days to be back in the area and had it brought to us in an uber. I wasn't going to include this in a review since we were getting it all back however when the bag got to us the tank top was missing. pretty disappointing because up until then it was a nice place, the employees were kind, and the location was so ideal

The pods are plastic so you can hear a lot of noise and movement Bathrooms could definitely be a lot cleaner

Staff are super helpful and friendly Just don’t trust the locals. Property is in an ideal spot to most places.

Couldn’t find the place with the address provided on the confirmation of payment message. Called the phone number provided - six times in forty minutes - and no one answered. Gave up and booked elsewhere.

The place was quite cold, as the air conditioning affects every corner, including the bathroom and lobby. prepare to pay extra, 85 Mexican pesos per night.
