Habitación con poca ventilación externa, pocas opciones en el desayuno, no hay toallas suficientes para los huéspedes en la zona de las piscinas.

staff was excellent, rooftop bar restaurant area had a great view to watch the sunset. Rooms are a very good size. Beds were comfortable.

Great location, nearby city center but not too noisy. Next to beautiful beach and great Bocagrande mall. Personnel was nice and welcoming. The room didn’t have windows or any kind of proper ventilation. Breakfast was mediocre, lack of options and fruits. The whole city run out of water during our stay and personnel didn’t tell us anything until we tried to shower. We have to ask for towels because they didn’t leave us some in the room. Downstairs restaurant was on construction so it was really noisy during the day. Wouldn’t recommend.

We paid for a delux room but getting a room without fresh air windows. Both windows are facing the hallway where the lights are on and off throughout the night whenever the motion sensor kicks in. Because window's blinds are not big enough to block out the light from the hallway. The room doesn't even have a small table to do any work. For foreigners, becareful when you're booking at this place, make sure to know ahead what you are getting. See the photo of my room.

My girlfriend needed some clothing washed fast and they were very accommodating and delivered the cleaned clothes on time, breakfast was great too!

The street where the hotel is located was completely flooded, making it difficult to return to our room.

It is well location. It has a good quality of the breakfast buffet. The staff is nice, polite and helpful. I couldn’t communicate by WhatsApp through the number that is posted.

Great rooftop pool and restaurant, a lot easier than navigating the beach Property was great, loved the rooftop. But I’d rather be closer to or in the walled city. But if you’re going for the beach, it’s perfect.

There’s is nothing to like about this property Awful location VERY BAD staff that go through your room when your not there trying to steal your passport etc we ended up walking in on maids going through our luggage!!! Your stuff is not safe here

Nothing Liars, promised a room, overbooked it and put us in an awful one. Old rusty sofa, Dirty room, Dirty bed sheets, “”change”” towels for the very same dirty ones, don’t clean the room, cleaning service left trash on the table and floor. Bathroom shower lacks a door, leaves everything wet, air conditioning isn’t enough for room size, original room bought didn’t even have two floors, but they gave us this one due to overbooking. Not only dirty (and kept dirty by cleaning staff) but also ugly.
