Clean, nice staff and location, Bathrooms don’t have a shower door or curtain and water splashes everywhere.

The rooms weren’t like the pictures on booking. The rooms are not being maintained. Our toilet reservoir kept making a squeaky sound when we flushed, even after maintenance came.

The proximity to everything I needed. The rooftop pool and cocktail area was great. Room service was limited to take out items delivered to your room. Also a lot of the gym equipment was not working.

The bed and pillows There was a fire on the rooftop. They also closed the rooftop and we couldn’t make use of most of the facilities

Hotel is well known to me, I have stayed multiple times, when I go to a congress in Cartagena. Is clean, rooms are confortable and has a good location. Staff is friendly and helps you when you need something.
