Location is good, just outside the old city. The entire place needs renovation, and the breakfast is very basic (just toast and jam/jelly)

Friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms, great pool, local food nearby, secure parking. nothing to dislike.

The location-close to Saturday night walking market. The room was clean and the kids loved the bunk bed. The bed was hard, no TV provided, and management was lacking in customer service skills. My wife spoke Thai, we requested for a TV (which should have already been provided) but received a respond of "it's only local channels", we didn't receive it until day 3. When we asked to use the lobby phone to book Thai Lanna show (as the room phone only works for contacting the front desk), management made the phone call instead. We were booked 3x the price as listed on the site. This was not clearly communicated with us and we were treated as if it was inconvenient to request for an explanation. The owner spoke poorly of guests while sitting in the breakfast area (provided only with toasts and coffee). We were sitting nearby and heard the whole conversation, which made us feel uneasy to hear management gossiping infront of other guests. Our young child was sitting on the swing in the pool area around 8 am, but only to be scolded by one of the onsite manager (or owner) for making too much noise. We did not feel welcome as a guest here although we paid a high amount of money for this 3 stars hotel.

Central easy reach All good

I stayed about a month. It's in a great location, an easy two block walk from the ancient city but located in a quiet and peaceful residential area. It's very family friendly with large family suites to rent. But never fear solo travelers, the pool closes at 8pm and the rest of the night is so peaceful. EXCELLENT SERVICE! The manager even loaned me a sun umbrella for my stay. Everyone very friendly, housekeeping did an excellent job, my room was spotless upon arrival. Larger than expected rooms, large bath, balcony with seating overlooking the pool. 10/10, I will return in November for 3 months and stay here! Nothing. Everything was perfect

Great little spot close to everything.

The property was immaculate. Extremely clean, and quiet. I loved the location, which was walking distance anywhere. The beds could use slight improvements, the TV was extremely limited but other than that it was perfect.

We could not get 2 separate keys for the room, make things complicated, especially at end of day when one went to sleep, and the other only few hours later

The room was nice, very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and had a pillow topper. They don't have an official breakfast, but they offer coffee, bread to make toast along with jam and peanut butter, plus bananas. That was great and plenty for us. The room had a large refrigerator, they re-stock the water daily, and they have a microwave in the breakfast room. A/C worked great. We were out and about most the time so we didn't use the pool. Overall a very good stay. I didn't love the location. I would rather be in the walled city, but it is quiet and close enough to walk to things. They didn't want to give us 1 extra hand towel when we asked, but they finally did. We are not sure why that was a problem. The towels were also thin.

We loved that it’s family friendly but still quiet and very clean. Lots of families around the pool which is great when you have a kid. The staff is very kind and helped us plan our days, always had good answers to our questions. The hotel is very accessible and our room was very large. I loved the neighborhood, super quiet but close to the old city. The design is not the newest but it doesn’t matter. The shower pressure could be a little bit better.

Front staff was awesome. All the staff was lovely. Everything was so so clean.

This is a family run hotel. Ann was very personable and made sure that all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and the location is just outside the square, close to several different markets. Eat just doen the street at two little family restaurants across from each other. A smart tv might be nice, but we had a laptop.

This gorgeous hotel is in a fabulous neighborhood. Take off in any direction for more adventures. There a temples and markets and the old town is close by as well. It is a beautiful, clean place and the staff is endlessly nice. I love this place. Nothing

The property is lovely. Pool is clean and well maintained. Room was comfortable. Staff is wonderful. Ann, thank you for everything! The extra cushion on the bed to make it softer, the help with anything we need; excellent job by Ann and the staff. The room cleaners were also so lovely and helpful. We quite enjoyed our stay. Nothing we didn’t like.
