Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland University Circle

The location is superb! There are restaurants nearby, and above all, access to CWRU is perfect. I will definitely book here again. The staff were polite and kind, making for a pleasant experience.

This is a great location and a very nice hotel. Very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Of the hotel has an ideal location near university Circle and severance Hall. It is close to public transportation as well. My room was very spacious and comfortable as well as clean. I had no complaints. I had to leave at an ungodly hour and was not able to get a bill, as the night auditor was nowhere to be found. The hotel did not email me a bail either.

This courtyard has the BEST staff -always so kind, courteous, and caring.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Paid valet parking.

Room was spacious and very clean, and location to Case was great. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

needed to be downtown early and the Courtyard was right where we wanted to be. Comfortable room, quiet. Less expensive than the HI Intercontinental. Just needed a good nites sleep and we got it. Parking at $27 is a bit steep but it ws pointed out AFTER I made the reservation. Nothing is cheap, Restaurants within walking distance and breakfast available at the Courtyard

Overall, good. Basic hotel. The restaurant closed early, and had no coffee available. No pleasant apology from restaurant employee. Fortunately a Starbucks around the corner. No in-room lock safe, was told all hotels are eliminating safes. Carried our passports and valuables with us everywhere we went. Staff were friendly, location was convenient for us.
