The location was excellent when traveling back and forth to the hospital. Very well maintained and the staff were awesome, thank you all for providing me top-notch care during this emotional time during our lives.

The staff was very professional and courteous we had a medical emergency they called an ambulance for us they were very very helpful because of their quick response we had medical help within minutes they were awesome

It was nice to be close to Cleveland clinic. Staff was all very kind and helpful. Breakfast purchase costly and buffet was less than expected for the extra charge. The breakfast buffet was not any different from other hotels that offer free breakfast with stay. The pool room floor was extremely slippery when wet and was dangerous for myself, handicapped, my grandchildren, and my daughter, who is fully able. Could not let the children walk near the pool without an adult keeping them from slipping. The rooms were nice and the ease of using the walk in shower was great. However, the sliding door on the bathroom could use a "lock" as it was impossible to keep the kids out of the bathroom when in use or not. Garbage cans in room were so small, one use filled them up. Valet was patient and friendly, but the extra charge is not conducive to staying long. Visiting my grandchild in the NICU became very expensive, very quickly, with it being over $600 for 2 nights.
