The member lounge food was 30 mins late and cold on arrival. I go to a different hotel next time I visit the Clinic

Poor service - I requested firm pillows. They brought the same unlofty pillows. There was something wrong with the TV - the maintenance person never showed up. Day of check out - at 9:30am while I was still sleeping, housekeeping was banging on the door asking what time I’m checking out!!! The worst IHG experience I’ve ever had

It is convenient if you are going to Cleveland Clinic. Overall nice looking hotel. Carpet in the room was old and didn’t feel clean but other than that everything was good

Adjacent to Cleveland Clinic. Staff are very polite. The bathrooms are spacious and clean Beds are amazingly comfortable, and the rooms are light and airy. There is even an iron and ironing board in the rooms, and plenty of storage/hanging space. Nothing. I felt really comfortable.

An exemplary hotel. Beautiful decor. Huge, comfortable rooms. Outstanding restaurant. Very good location for Cleveland's cultural attractions. Very efficient valet parking for our car.

Great beds

i really enjoy staying at this hotel, especially if I have an appointment at Cleveland Clinic, as the hotel has access to the skywalk. The rooms are always well maintained and comfortable. Room service staff very courteous.

The location was great as it is attached to Cleveland clinic which we had appointments for. The rooms were spacious, clean and luxurious. Beddings were clean and sufficient. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Table 45 restaurant is a very good restaurant. Room TV was not smart TV. It was difficult to find a show to watch. Valet parking was $ 45 but not so efficient. We requested our car prior to check out, but had to wait for it --- when they were not busy. Lack of hustle on the parking crew.

This place is a dump with good service and okay food. When I come back I will likely stay somewhere else as there is a parkade across the street that can be parked at to access Cleveland Clinic

I loved staying were the Egyptian team was ! That they didn’t give the residence have the ability to meet the players

They had a sport team staying at the same day . They had cops stopping us to enter the hotel unless we show our room keys. They wouldn’t allow us in the lobby . They wouldn’t allow us to use the resultants. They wouldn’t allow us to be even on the curbside . I need a refund
