Really nice hotel. The staff was extra nice. Excellent breakfast and perfect shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic. The night manager coached me with great patience and in detail how to take the bus/train to the airport from a stop right in front of the hotel. Cost $5 and faster (especially during rush hour) then a $55 taxi ride.

Most of the staff were excellent. I had a problem with the valet. I had called down to have my car retrieved and twice they failed to retrieve my car. When I complained a Mr. Smith became obnoxious and eyeballed me. He is a potential liability for the hotel.

The people at the front desk was super helpful with public transport information, the housekeeping was nice, and even the security in the lobby was friendly. First time in Cleveland and I loved the experience!

Very quiet hotel. Some of the floors are used for patients in a sleep study at the Cleveland Clinic. It seemed my fellow travelers were more interested in sleep than loud parties.

Doing construction during the course of our 2 day stay. Super loud super annoying. Wish we would have known she’s of time would have e stayed somewhere else. But the room was pretty nice
