Everything about this hotel was fabulous! The staff was amazing; there are several pools -- some 18 plus, some family, some salt water, and some fresh water. There is a place to jump off the rocks into the ocean. We LOVED the hotel and it is a quick uber ride (10 minutes) from the Old City. Perfect in every way. Also, breakfast was outstanding and we have two gluten free people in our family, and they were VERY accommodating.

Beautiful sea views; very good breakfast with huge number of options; great restaurants in easy walking distance. Frequent inexpensive bus service into the old town; heated pool. We booked a suite and thought the extra space was mostly worth the extra cost but next time we might try one of the neighboring non-suite hotels that are slightly less expensive but in the same chain so that they all have access to the same facilities!

Views from the room were amazing. Beautiful walk along the water is part of hotel properties. Beaches are right there, though some of them were too rocky, so when waves are strong you can't go in the water. We stayed in a suite, it was spacious and beautiful. Hotel is a part of a huge complex of many hotels. Going for breakfast was unpleasant with huge crowds and so so food.

Management - unfriendly and unhelpful. Restaurant/breakfast not 5 star Very poor customer service Upon arrival after travelling all night this 5 star hotel there was no food or coffee. We got a glass of Prosecco. We needed food.

Our 5 day stay was wonderful! Loved being just a short bus ride from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. Our view on the sea from our balcony was stunning. Breakfast was great with nice open seating looking out onto the water. No hesitation in recommending this property. No negatives.

We had a fantastic room with seaview, recomend it we would go back anytime. Maybe an upgrade of poolbars around some of the pools.

Room was very spacious, but AC was not working and we could not open the windows due to lack of screens on the doors. Staff could be more courteous, and less rude. AC should be working at all the time.
