A/C was also out in the workout room as they were waiting on a part. Sadly, our room was never refreshed during our 3 night stay. Advised the front desk. They admitted it's been a challenge and apologized. Very kind but would've been nice to not have to call down for fresh towels after two days. :)

Room and property were clean and just fine. The late night staff gals on Friday evening did not appear to know what they were doing. My name was on reservation list and paid but could not “open” a room for us. After “moving reservations around” and 20 minutes later they “found” us a room. Then they did not want to valet park our car. They overall just appeared not good at their jobs and lazy.

This hotel was modern, clean and had all of the amenities needed for my work trip. The restaurant had delicious breakfast options and room service was super fast. The location is perfect for walkable options for food, coffee etc.

Loved the location to many things downtown. Valet parking was convenient. Loved the 2 restraunt options within the building for even more convience. Bedding was very comfortable

Very comfortable, excellent towels, loved the sleek and modern decor Arrived early, and didnt get keys until 6 pm even though we checked in early. It was a busy weekend but it was a digital key, should have had that by the stated check in time (4pm)

Property was beautiful and staff was amazing. Valet services were great!!

When checking in, Connor was doing a wonderful job of helping us. A hotel manager and restaurant manger had a problem they needed to fix and they very rudely interrupted our check in. They should have let Connor finish nicely with us and not make us feel rushed and unimportant. When I pointed this out they were very rude. Connor did a nice job to try and apologize and help finish checking us in.

We stayed at the Canopy for three nights. The desk staff were terrific; friendly and helpful. The hotel first-floor restaurant had wonderful breakfasts and the wait staff were exceptional. (We didn't go to the 8th floor restaurant.) The location is excellent, with good restaurants and shops nearby. I would love to give this hotel a five-star rating, but the consistency between the exceptional desk and restaurant staff and the rest of the operation is non-existent. In spite of placing the "sweep" sign on our door each day (i.e., make up the room, fresh towels, etc.), our room was NEVER taken care of. Each evening when we returned, we had to call for bath towels, toilet paper resupply, kleenex resupply, or whatever was missing and needed. The mini- fridge stopped working the last day. We had to arrange for some of our items that needed refrigeration or the freezer to be placed in the hotel's refrigeration and freezer storage. Our room mini-fridge was later taken care if, but the person who did it slopped water all over the bathroom sink counter-top and onto the floor; nothing was wiped up. My wife's toiletry items were all literally floating in water on the sink counter-top. Then, in the morning, when we asked for our items from the hotel's storage, we discovered that the refrigerated items had been properly stored, but the item requiring freezing was never placed in the freezer, in spite of assurance it would be placed in the freezer. We will NOT stay there again.

Cool interior design. Great bar and restaurants on the property. Toenails clippings could have been vacuumed up in the bathroom.

Location and proximity to everything in the downtown area. Didn't love the valet rate. I feel like I could've found close parking for much cheaper.
