Quiet location. Beautiful courtyard. Great shower. Well styled. Café Leonar has delicious coffee and food!! Midnight check-in due to very late DB train The bed was lumpy in the middle.

The room was comfy and clean with updated amenities and a comfy bed. A daily cleaning service. Complementary minibar items (soda, cereals, milk). Nice patio to sit outside. nicely located near coffee shops and restaurants. No air conditioning. The windows are facing the patio which serves the passage for newgbor building. Check-in and check-out take place at the neighboring cafe. Unfortunately, the key fob didn't work once when I came back to the unit late at night. Luckily, the staff at the restaurant nearby were still there, and they could provide me with an actual key. All of these minimally affected the experience, and overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was comfortable and clean and the location was excellent for the purpose of our visit. This is not a hotel, it is just a room in a residential area. The staff in the restaurant in front of the room who do the check in are not welcoming because they are not connected to the room - they just do the check in for the owner. If you need anything - for example one day we were not left any breakfast - you need to email the owner and wait for a reply.

I didn’t eat breakfast but had coffee at the cafe which was excellent. I didn’t ask about being able to leave luggage after checkout but it is always useful as our flight wasn’t until 9.30 pm and so we still wanted to explore the beautiful city of Hamburg.

Cleaning staff did not provide some important items, such as sponges to keep kitchen and bathroom counters clean, and to wash dishes. Also we almost ran out of sugar in kitchen.

Everything was just perfect. My first choice if I come back to Hamburg. Minor inconvenience - their card terminal did not work, and they do not accept cash. So I had to arrange a bank transfer for payment. I would suggest to accept cash, at least as a fall-back optionn.

The room is on the ground floor with big windows on the internal court. Need to keep the curtains closed most of the time to have privacy.

Nice place in a good location. Confortable bed. I would recommend it. For the price, I think one could expect the breakfast to be included.

Exceptionally quiet, serene and beautiful inner yard, solid high quality interior. We were so happy, that we immediately booked the property for our next visit to Hamburg. There is nothing to dislike, but be aware that the Cafe Leonar associated with the hotel (where you can order breakfast) doesn’t accept foreign credit cards.
