Great location and helpful staff

The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. They genuinely go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure you have a great experience. Their hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend ClassC Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I would happily stay here again! -

The facilities were wonderful, a lovely rooftop pool that had fantastic views of the city, the spa was wonderful and the breakfast was very varied and the best we have had as we travelled Vietnam! The rooms were clean and comfortable, a lovely pocket of calm in a busy city Nothing - a wonderful stay!

The Classyc Hotel surpassed our expectations, it was a great place, location, and amazing staff. We had an amazing assistant during our stay, Mila, gave us recommendations and checked in with us everyday, she was amazing!.

We had a great stay. From the beginning to end, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is also close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I would definitely stay here again . The rooms, stands and location

A fantastic hotel, one of the best we have ever been and the panorama duplex is wonderful. Totally recommended. The kids really enjoyed it, specially with the football machine game in the room. Bathrooms are splendid and the staff were absolutely fantastic, before the stay, during the stay and after. If in doubt, stay here. I also tried the SPA and recommend it. Also, breakfasts were a nice variety buffet changing daily and the rooftop pool is fantastic. If we go back to Hanoi, we'll definitely stay here again. Also, the mattress was a bit hard, but they immediately provided a mattres topper that resolved the issues. Very close to the lake at the old quarter. We had a small issue with the AC in the 2 bedrooms, as it was working but not cooling enough/properly. The staff checked it multiple times and provided help about it.

The overall experience was really great, staff, location, room, facilities, breakfast options, even the Reno bar below the hotel is super cool. Nothing.

Location was great! The staff was BEYOND incredible. Special shoutout to Mila from the reception team and Shelly from the restaurant. Both attentive and kind. Honestly, every staff member was helpful and welcoming. The people truly made this experience so special, with their attention to detail. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and wide variety of food. Loved the spa and services! This is my true honest opinion and I’m very thankful to the staff for making my first view nights in Vietnam memorable.

Amazing staff, delicious breakfast, spacious and modern room. Location is a short walk from main streets, so not too loud but still very close. Rooftop pool area is large enough with nice views.

The service was some of the best I’ve experienced Pool bar set up needs a bit of work. Very loud, very limited seating. Everything is tiled in black which makes it extra hot. Two kids took over the whole space when we were there.

The CLASSYC hotel in Hanoi is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Vietnam. It was built in 2024, which means there is no musty smell or signs of wear and tear that you can often see in 5-star luxury hotels. The CLASSYC hotel has everything that characterizes a hotel in terms of providing guests with maximum relaxation and rest. This is achieved through an ideal, luxurious, modern and very comfortable Zen-like interior design, an amazing restaurant (with very great breakfasts), excellent additional amenities: SPA, roof-top swimming pool, bar and of course through exceptional service. The service at the CLASSYC hotel is truly top-notch! When was the last time you stayed at the hotel and they left chocolates on your bed with wishes for sweet dreams (not on the first night but everyday!), or baked you a farewell "Thank You" cake, or gave you a souvenir as a keepsake when you checked out of your hotel? All this was done at the CLASSYC hotel. So if I ever visit Hanoi again, my choice will be clear: the CLASSYC hotel, because this hotel reminds me of my home where it is so cozy and I am always welcome there. Nothing.

central location, easy walking to the attractions. excellent buffet breakfast all the employees are courteous, helpful, and polite. they go out of their way to make sure we have a comfortable stay in the hotel. highly recommended!
