Convenient location - within easy walking distance of both Innsbruck train station and old town Simple room but good value for money Reception hours are short

The beds were not super comfortable, but I am sort of picky because I can feel coils since I have a bad back. The bathroom was also very tiny. But we managed! The check in time was also a little inconvenient for us, but we know that it was communicated to us several times, so it was expected.

When booking we did not have the information that the reception has limited working hours - from 7 to 11 and 15- 19. So we hoped that it would be possible to leave the luggage and do the check- in later. So we had to return to the railway station to use the lockers at the station.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was close to the railway station and not so far from the Inn river. The breakfast was healthy and good. The breakfast room had a beautiful view. The room size was quite small. We were in a three bed room but it was difficult to accommodate in the room with our luggage etc. There was hardly and space for moving about in the room.

This is totally on me. There was no air conditioning, so if there is a heat wave you will be slightly uncomfortable. Luckily at night it cools off and the windows are massive so they help cool everything down

Central location, close to the train station and old town. Buffet breakfast was decent. The bathroom was tiny and the bed frame seemed to be broken. The mattress sagged down in the middle significantly.

Non Bathroom

Location The room was so hot at night we couldn’t get a proper sleep in the 3 days we were there. No fan provided. We attempted to crack the window however the noise from the road was unlike anything I’ve heard before loud engines from 2am-5am. Breakfast was light. Bathrooms were not as depicted in the photos.

Location was great! Didn’t have an ironing board but overall good.

Good location Gave only one pillow. When asked for one more, I was told I am only one person and I get one pillow. No staff stays in the hotel after 7 pm, and it something happens, you’re on your own. We got a fire alarm triggered and the firefighters had to come and turn it off. The staffs were nowhere to be found. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, and the location was perfect. Street noise from Maximilianstraße was intense, and in the future, I would insist on a room that was not on the street.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and city center. However, it falls short in terms of basic hygiene and the overall guest experience. We had informed the hotel in advance that we were traveling with a child. Upon arrival, we were allocated a room on the first floor that did not match the photos displayed on Booking.com. The room was located directly next to a busy road and traffic signal. The only source of ventilation was a window facing the road. Keeping the window open resulted in excessive traffic noise, while closing it made the room feel stuffy and difficult to breathe in. The room also had an unpleasant odor, and there were visible stains on the walls that appeared to be from spilled juice or possibly vomit. Given these conditions, we immediately informed the staff that the room was unsuitable for our family and that we would need to find alternative accommodation. We also contacted Booking.com and explained the situation, hoping for an amicable resolution, as the room conditions were not acceptable for a comfortable stay. We checked out within two hours of checking in and left the room keys at the reception. To the hotel's credit, they refunded our payment the following morning, which we appreciated as a gesture of goodwill. However, the experience was disappointing because the room provided was significantly different from what was advertised online. The photos on Booking.com created expectations that were not met in reality.

Central location. Decent breakfast. Nice staff. Hot rooms. Noisy location. Sketchy stains on wall.
