It was a terrible hotel , in our room everything was covered in dust , the sheets were unwashed . The hotel did not have an elevator and carrying suitcases to the fourth floor was terrifying as the stairs were without any safety measures .

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, very close to the city center, making it easy to explore Istanbul. It’s definitely worth the money, offering great value for the price. The staff was amazing—very helpful and kind. They assisted us with our luggage, and the the receptionists even went to the supermarket to get a needle and thread for us after we asked if they had any. That level of service was truly appreciated! As a group of three girls traveling together, we felt very safe throughout our stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely come back next time we visit Istanbul!

I didnt like anything Everything was in a very bas condition. The door doesnt close and when you try to close it for at list 10 times when you already try for a 5 munite to close it was shaking everything in the barthoom was in very bad condition too much rust too much dirty the reception didnt know english to communicate with us. They didnt have a second toilet paper when we ask them for it.

The property is in very good location. 2 minutes walking from istiklal and taksim square. The property was not clean. There were dirty walls, dirty towels and sheets. The room was smell cigarretes and the soundproofing was not good. The staff in its majority was kind except from a guy in the reception. He was very rude and agreesive and he was partying all night with friends. When we complain with polite way that we want to sleep, he told us that if we want, we can leave.
