Great location. Fair price given how close it is to major sites and shopping. Cute cats in the property that are very friendly. Hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful. Sheets were dirty. Mattress was hard. A/c did not work. No lift and stairs are not well maintained. Asked for cash payment and you need to message them before going to the property so they let you in, as there is no front desk.

I liked the location, it was nice and clean, Ibrahim was extremely kind and attentive, always in touch for recommendations and advice

I liked the location of the hotel, and the rooms were really nice and warm considering it was cold when I stayed in Istanbul. They gave us towels everyday. The shower handle was broken and they didn't change the sheets at all. Also when we arrived there was no one we had to ask around in the rain next to other properties until someone showed up. We had 3 kids with us and it was heavy raining and we had to stay outside for more than 15 minutes.

Toiletries weren't provided, as advertised, only soap. There was complimentary water, which was a nice touch. Beware: when I arrived the owner said there was a problem taking my payment with card from Booking so I had to pay in cash. Overall the issue was resolved but I ended up spending extra money withdrawing from ATM and making international roaming calls to my bank. The staff that met me for check-in were very nice and accommodating, but the owner could have informed me BEFORE arriving, the issue would have been resolved without a problem. This way I arrived from airport at 9pm and found out I would have to leave the accommodation if I didnt pay cash. And I couldn't book another room because Booking is not available in Turkey.

No hot water on the first day, no reception available, and no response to phone calls. The issue was only resolved with help from the cleaning staff.

Room looks good and comfortable. TV not working, towels not available every day if you want to replace them, last day no hot water to shower , if you like to sleep for long time in the morning I prefer to take another hotel more quiet ,

The location is the best. If you wish to see Istanbul just on walking, this is the best choice for you. You will feel the atmosphere of Istanbul and all the sights of the city is close to the hotel. No need to take a taxi or buses every time you go out. There are many cafes and restaurants with delicious Turkish food on the area. You better book this hotel.

Very good location and clean room. The place where you eat breakfast was nice and the lady there was very kind. A bit problematic to get the keys when we arrived and it took time to communicate with them on WhatsApp and phone. They should be faster to answer their guests since there is no reception. They should also consider a key box so guests dont have to wait for the guy to come open the door. Thats not what you need after a long flight and ride from the airport. Would also be nice with some more information as where you re supposed to get breakfast. They thought we had booked room without breakfast and we texted to ask where we re supposed to get breakfast but it took hours for them to answer us so we missed breakfast the first day. And its a pity cause breakfast was so good :) No bottled water provided as shown on the photos and while we where 3 visiting there were only 2 cups for drinking coffee. No shampoo or shower staff, you have to bring your own which is ok and normal since its not a hotel. Small details but things that they can do better to also get a higher rating. Besides that i would visit again. The place is nice and very close to everything you need. So its recommended.

Great location, really nice and fresch room, new bathroom, everything was in great shape and has all you need, cleaning was very good, I appreciate even safetybox The house doesn't have elevator but for me that was not any problem but if you are older and have heavy suitcases it is better to ask for the room on the first and second floor.
