Pefect location -

Just a regular hotel, nothing special about it. The room safe was too small to fit my sunglasses (worth around 200 euros), so I had to leave them outside the safe. When I got back to the hotel, I had a nasty surprise.. they were gone. Staff offered no help at all because there was “no proof.” What exactly were we supposed to do, install a hidden camera to catch who entered our room and stole my sunglasses?

Location is very good. A few minutes walk to taksim square and metro. There are restaurants/grocery stores nearby. It was clean. Regular house keeping. I enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly. The only thing that caused a bit inconvenience is the bathroom door which is made of glass and doesn’t have a lock. Kids can enter / see. For those without kids this maybe fine.

The staff are friendly especially for the male manager in the breakfast service room. Great smile and thoughtful service. I know it was due to the holiday and the game. However, the hotel has extremely poor sound insulation. I couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights I stayed. I didn't expect the noise this bad but it would be great if the hotel could provide earplugs.

We had an amazing stay at Marble Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, the rooms were very clean, and the sea view was absolutely fabulous. The location was perfect and made it very convenient to explore Istanbul. Everything about our stay was positive and comfortable. A very special thanks to Tuça for the outstanding hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again! Everything was great!

Place is very nice and location is amazing, also Tugce is very friendly and super helpful looking forward to visit again.

Everything was great. Staff was professional yet super friendly. Location is great. Right near to Taksim Square. Hotel can be accessed by taxi easily. Room was spacious and the sea view was great. The elevators felt outdated. Maybe they can install new one that feels safe.

Location was very good, close to Taksim metro station. We loved the breakfast and staff was always helpful and nice to us. Some of the facilities need a bit of maintenance. Our stay was unfortunately interrupted by noisy drunk neighbors during both nights, different guests but very loud until the early morning (practically till first Ezan)

The location and the sea view A very weird thing that the bathroom’s door is a bit transparent with no lock and upon asking the staff, they said that all rooms are designed like this which wasn’t comfortable. Breakfast was good but could be better in terms of the variety.

1- welcoming & helpful staff (even though I asked so many things they helped me for each of them) 2-room was great,clean and had a great view. Special thanks to Tuğçe and all the staff. Thanks guys it was one of the greater accommodation for me!
