The room was completely different from the photos shown on the listing. It was very old, small, and poorly maintained. The walls had visible mold, and many of the fittings and fixtures were dirty. There were also issues with both the electricity and water supply during my stay, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Overall, the property did not meet the expectations set by the advertised photos, and I was very disappointed with the condition of the room.

Room was large. Bathroom excellent, good water pressure and hot water on demand. Hotel was 5 mins to Galata Tower and 10 mins to Istikal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooftop seating area had great views of the Bosphorus. We had a double room with terrace. The only problem was there was no view only the stone wall of bldg next door.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had at this property. We had to change rooms three times due to serious issues. The shower faucet was broken, the AC did not work properly, and overall, the service was extremely poor. The bathroom was dirty and clearly not cleaned to acceptable standards. It felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. In addition to that, the location is on a steep hill, which makes access difficult and exhausting, especially with luggage. This hotel was far below expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or well-managed place to stay.

The staff were very courteous and accommodating, even flexible with my dates after booking. The rooms were clean, cozy, and uniquely decorated—especially the one with the balcony, which was a highlight. Located in a safe, friendly neighborhood and close to everything a tourist would want to explore in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful. Location good. Cleanliness of room, seemed like they did the bare minimum. Problems with outlets and the toilet made sounds all night. Very noisy both from the outside (even with the windows closed) and next door rooms/hallway.

The stuff was really kind, the rooms spacious and some of them have balcony. Also the Galata area is great, just be prepared to climb the hills :) Everything was fine

It's like an ancient building brimming with vibrant memories. The rooftop view is simply breathtaking, offering a perspective that inspires endless appreciation. The property has a lot of potential, but it could benefit from some updates. A few areas, particularly where the walls have cracks, would really enhance the overall experience. Additionally, we noticed the TV remote was missing batteries, which prevented us from enjoying TV during our stay. It would be helpful to have a system in place for guests to request items like batteries more easily. Overall, with some minor improvements, this place could be even more enjoyable!
