Clean rooms, good beds and helpful staff

Overall good experience. Clean and tidy. One downfall is your paying alot and don't even get complimentary breakfast.

WE walked from the airport. 13 min. It was a short walk to the bus stop which we rode to Juneau twice $2/each. Very helpful staff. Very awesome room.

The big disadvantage is that unlike other similar hotels (Homewood Suites for example) it does not offer breakfast or have any places to eat on site. Also the area is fairly industrial without places to walk to for a meal and downtown a fifteen minute uber. But it served its purpose for us as we had two early flights so stayed there several times during our Alaska vacation.

Kitchen stocked with cooking pots and pans and stovetop. Room was nice, but the channel selections on the TV were not so good.

This hotel is CLEAN, comfortable bed, good shower, and quiet. Much needed stay overnight before our trip home to the east coast the next morning. Hotel is within walking chance of restaurants and airport. Easily walked from and to airport, as well as lunch and coffee place. I travel a lot and rarely stay in hotels because I always end up paying a ton of money for musty wet carpet and an uncomfortable bed or cold shower. Not this place, it’s in order and very well maintained. AND the price is much better than some of the hotel that are just ripping you off simply because it’s Alaska. There is laundry on site as well as vending machines which was nice.

This hotel does not have a shuttle to the airport. They don't have breakfast. And, beverage service is only offered in the morning.

Excellent staff, easy check-in. Clean common areas and clean, spacious rooms. The room has a kitchenette and full-sized fridge, a couch with table, and clean, comfortable bed. We had large boxes of frozen fish and the hotel has a deep freeze for storage. The rooms have A/C! That’s a big bonus for summertime travel, most hotels in Juneau do not. The only “drawback” is it is not near downtown Juneau, but Ubers are plentiful and the ride cost about $20. This is hotel is clean, the staff is great, and it’s very convenient for the airport, and the A/C in the rooms is a huge plus. Very fair for the price.

Clean, friendly, comfortable and quiet.

When properties use third-party company such as vending companies and then when something goes wrong with these vending machines, they try to blame it on the bending companies. However, if you’re putting these vending machines in your place of business, you better make damn sure they work because it’s a bad look on your company to have product in there that doesn’t service your company. The only one I hold responsible is the hotel owner.

Clean room and helpful staff

The rooms are very clean. Location, you are a few minutes from the airport but there is nothing within walking distance of the hotel and you are about a 15 minute taxi ride from downtown. The rooms are large but poorly designed. The bathrooms have barns doors,, the closet is in the bathroom, the only mirror is in the bathroom, and despite all the wall space there are no hooks for coats by the door.

We believed from Expedia that there was an airport shuttle and there was not.

The air conditioning in my room didn’t work when I first arrived. But it was fixed within an 1/2 hour. Comfortable rooms and very helpful friendly staff.

Cons: no hotel entrance auto-opening doors for elderly or handicapped, someone would have to open the door and hold it open, no breakfast offered, front desk has limited hours Neutral: 15-20 minutes from downtown, spacious rooms

Nice, comfortable stay near the airport. The hotel is a bit isolated and there are not many food options within walking distance. We took an Uber to a restaurant for dinner several miles away. The hotel has no shuttle service so a taxi/Uber is needed to get to the airport.
