Dalton at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly as he went above and beyond resolving a problem I had with my reservation that I booked through a 3rd party travel agent. The hotel was in a very convenient location just a 4 minute walk from the airport. The hotel was very clean.

Would have liked a free breakfast but the hotel and staff were lovely. Unfortunately, it's near the homeless shelter so we saw drug users out our window a few times.

I've been watching this place recent reviews seeing it was having renovations. The place is new and clean. Bed was comfy. Bar was good. Would stay here again if in the area.

Breakfast is only offered at a hefty price
-
The location is incredibly convenient, situated directly across the street from the airport and surrounded by numerous restaurants.
-
Room was amazing, a little far from everything but close to the airport.

The staff was very helpful when I arrived. The front desk explained how the bus system works and assisted us with information for a taxi. The front desk staff was always helpful.

This hotel was the most cost-effective for our trip to Juneau. Still, we didn't feel the accommodations reflected the high cost. +$200/night. Blackout curtains did not work. We stayed three nights. Asked for a fix the first morning, with no follow up. Toiletries weren't stocked, needed to ask for an extra towel because they supplied two and we were a party of 3, door was left ajar after cleaning (and thats because it doesn't close fully without a push), and bathtub was slow to drain.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful assisting us with transportation, luggage storage, etc. I would definitely book this property next trip to Juneau. Extremely convenient being so close to the airport. Thanks

Loved to be able to walk striaght from the airport to the hotel. Everything is newly remodeled and in great shape. Would definitely stay here again!

The Expedia ad shows that the Aviator Suites has a shuttle service. Many hotels in that area do have shuttle services. We arrived by ferry at midnight and there were many shuttle vans for other hotels but not for Aviator suites.

Been staying here since 2003 of coarse with name change of the hotel but very convenient.

Super convenient to airport! Friendly and helpful staff! Easy to store luggage securely prior to check in. Great pick for early morning departures!

Great

The room was clean, updated amenities, easy access to town.

Everything was adequate - you get what you pay for so don't expect anything fancy. Breakfast is NOT included. From the pictures on the website I thought it was, but that was my fault for not reading in full. No pool or hot tub, but I did use the gym every morning. Walking distance to 4-5 restaurants and a nice market with great donuts! I would stay here again - we mainly used it as a place to sleep in between activites.
-
The staff was super helpful and kind. Didn't use laundry or fitness room or the bar/lounge. No other amenities offered. The view from my window (facing the back alley) was thriving with active drug use and users.

Great room. Would have enjoyed a complimentary breakfast but all in all a good hotel.
