The location was perfect to where we wanted to be. It was quiet! The outside needs to be updated. It looked a bit ran down but it was nice inside.
-
The food choices! Without a car your choice is Donna's (didn't try it) or Valley (awful, but memorable..... rocking the 60s diner vibe, which was the clealy last time they updated it.)

The room was clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the airport, the marsh trail, and public transportation. Good view of the mountains. The hotel could use an update to the interior.

The location close to the airport made it a great choice for us. We were able to see the sights and make it to the airport quickly. No air conditioning bothered one in my party. That said I thought opening the windows and turning on the fans made it very comfortable.

Room smelled heavily of urine. Couldn’t switch my room, they were fully booked. The two nearest hotels were fully booked as well, it was 11:30pm so I didn’t bother trying to book downtown. It really sucked paying over $300 to sleep in a room that smelled like that. The guy at the front desk was helpful though, he let me bring a bottle of Lysol back to the room to spray it down a few times before bed. My options for a morning shuttle were 2.25 hours before my departure or arrive 20 minutes before departure so I ended up walking to the airport, not a bad walk in the summer.

They have lots of parking and a shuttle service. The staff is pretty good and they try to keep the place clean. This is our third stay there and each time there are facility issues. The restaurant and pool have been closed off for years. This time one elevator was down and both rooms we had were without a working hair dryer. Missing window screens, safes that no longer function, and dripping faucets have become normal here. The fish freezers still work which is one of the reasons we stayed here again.

Shuttle wasnt available from ferry as phone system was down and we could not reach hotel.
