Rooms are little outdated but normal for Alaska. The carpet in the rooms do need to be upgraded. This is our second stay and will continue to keep staying when we come to Juneau

It was clean, comfortable and close to the airport. Great shuttle service. We were picked up from our cruise ship and allowed to check in early. We also had a shuttle to the airport. Great customer service by both the shuttle driver and the front desk. Made our time there stress free. Thank you! I can’t think of a thing,

Great option for a few nights in Juneau. Walking distance to the airport, but they offer a free and convenient shuttle to take you there as well as down town. Glad we chose this property!

Very clean and quiet room. Airport shuttle is a bonus especially arriving at 1 AM. Really enjoyed the hot breakfast! Will be back!

Breakfast is available very early, we had one at 5am. Items to warm up in the microwave are available. Cooked breakfast items are available on request at set hours, also to go. Coffee is always available. The hotel provides a 24/7 shuttle to the airport. But you can also walk there in 10 minutes. Shuttles into town are on a schedule. Otherwise you can take city buses 3 or 4 into Juneau ($2 cash) from the bus stop in front of the hotel. You can also take them to where you can walk to Mendenhall Glacier. Taxis in Juneau are very unreliable when you call. There are a few restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Having also stayed at the hotel across from the airport, we would pick the Best Western in a heartbeat. The amenities are far superior. We would stay there again.
