Super 8 by Wyndham Juneau

For the price paid, I would have expected at least A/C. But overall I was very grateful for the cost of keeping a vehicle long term! The staff was amazing and very helpful! The room was clean and I was grateful for the fridge! Thank you!

The breakfast is very basic, but good for a grab and go type of breakfast. There is a McDonalds right next door if you need more. The room was clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again

Everything was great, and we liked the convenience of the airport shuttle.

Otherwise the hotel is dark, the bathroom was dirty, nasty carpet, non working air conditioner. However, the staff is pleasant and helpful

We had a two night stay and found the room very comfortable. The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't much and would have been nice to have toast/bagels, but we made do with the instant oatmeal, juice and granola bar. We would definitely stay there again.

Place was clean, close to airport. Staff friendly. Will stay again on my next trip to Juneau

Very expensive for what you get, it’s a plane Jane property, but it is a super 8 so that’s to be expected.

room fragrance was so strong it gave headaches

Our stay at the super eight. Windham was great. The staff was helpful. They had a freezer to store our fresh, cut fish, and they had a shuttle to the airport, which was very convenient and helpful. Prices in Juneau are a little over the top for what you get. But this hotel stay was a good stay and we will likely stay there again next year.

Front desk Cody always makes us feel welcome, gives great directions, and always has a smile. The shuttle service is great! We stay here every time we come.

The staff was amazing, with a late check-in, the driver was prompt, and the room was great. I must've been late to breakfast at 7:15am, but there's a deli/bakery/convenience store across the street and a McDonald's next door, so no big deal. I will definitely stay here again when I need to travel to Juneau! Which seems to be alot any more. Thank you!

One of the lamps in our room wasn't working, and the kitchen didnt have enough lighting. The other staff members were nice too. Breakfast could include more items. Enough parking though we didnt have to use it. Homeless people were an issue.

Location Older hotel. Needs a renovation. Advertised free breakfast. You get a bowl full of granola bars sitting on the counter.

I am everything was good except homeless people crossing street screamingnight and nobody do nothing about it

The room was mostly clean, but the USB ports didn't work, there was no bathroom fan, and a pipe was sticking through the bathroom ceiling.

Staff was always available and helpful. Too bulky pillows. Hotels should have three different thicknesses of pillows. My neck kinks with large bulky pillows. Noisy. It's right next to the highway.

Basic but clean hotel room close to airport. They did provide shuttle to airport.

Property is somewhat dated and some areas need improvements but for overnight stay it certainly is reasonable in cosr

I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I'm in Juneau. The staff is always very helpful, welcoming and accommodating when they can be. I appreciate the shuttles they offer to the airport and ferry also!
