Stayed for 10 nights, cleaning was very basic, only changing the towels and making the bed. No vacuum or changing the bed linen for 10 nights.

We got the apartment. The carpets were not very clean, and the bedding was not good quality.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, especially at the breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, easy walk to the Pavilion KL mall and other attractions. They also had some good restaurants within the hotel. The kitchen was a bit outdated and the stove didn't have enough power to boil water and the cookware needs to be replaced. The nonstick pan and pots had bad scratches and I would definitely not use them for safety reasons. No laundry machine.

Great location, very safe as a solo traveller Beds were unbelievably uncomfortable - I came back to Australia in such pain from the beds that I needed to book a physiotherapist from the pain of sleeping on the firm beds all week.

We arrived at 12 noon, which we told them in advance. We checked in and was informed that the room would be available at 3pm which is the official check in time. We told them we would come back at 3pm. However we waited for almost an hour before we got our room at 4pm! We heard that the previous occupant checkout at 230pm hence the staff could not clean up in time. There should be better management of this from the hotel, moreover it is a big room and required more time to clean.

Great Staff, Great Location for those who love shopping, good breakfast, spacious suite and very fast internet speeds. Very old furniture, old and consumed toilet accessories, blocked drainage is some toilets, insects in the kitchen, bed is over used and bent, pillows are terrible. the hotel needs a full renovation as it is highly used by tourists due to it's great location.

Location I booked two types of rooms PREMIUM room and PRESTIGE room, difference is only the location of the PRESTIGE room in corner of each floor and other one is beside it, only area is difference not view. So i paid extra but later PREMIUM room was better from view because it was in highest floor.
