I had a very pleasant stay at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur and would happily stay here again. The greatest strength of this hotel is its staff. Everyone working in every department was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any request. Their excellent service made the stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping staff member Yam, who was truly dedicated to his work. He cleaned the room professionally every day, paid close attention to every detail, and demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic. His excellent service deserves special recognition. Another major advantage is the hotel's strategic location. It is only about 300 meters from Jalan Alor (Arab Street) and approximately 300 meters from The Exchange TRX, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. It is also within walking distance of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. here are a few areas where the hotel could improve: The beds were not very comfortable, especially for longer stays. The breakfast buffet offers very limited choices for Arab guests, as it mainly caters to Asian, Malaysian, and Indian tastes. In addition, the menu changes very little from day to day. The design of the kitchenette could be improved. The overhead kitchen cabinets are installed too low and too close to the sink, making it easy for guests to accidentally bump their heads while washing dishes. The apartment would also be more comfortable if it included more seating. There was only one sofa in the entire apartment, which is not sufficient, especially for families or groups. Overall, I highly recommend Dorsett Kuala Lumpur because of its outstanding staff, exceptional cleanliness, and excellent location. With a few improvements to the breakfast and room design, it would provide an even better guest experience.

The location They give me a wrong room first. When I complained they change it but without view. They didn’t do any room service the room didn’t have a towels. They claimed to be busy but this is not ab excuse for a hospitality provider.

The bed and pillows had an unpleasant smell, which is completely unacceptable for a place that should maintain basic cleanliness standards. As for the room, the furniture was in a disgusting condition and felt neglected and poorly maintained. Overall, a very disappointing stay and definitely not an experience I would repeat.
