Conveniently located near Paddington Station for those who are arriving London by train. Approachable price point. Overall, rooms are well designed albeit small, and shared spaces are thoughtfully designed. While proximity to train station is great, location of hotel and surrounds feels a bit questionable for a solo female traveler (especially in the evening). Walls are also extremely thin so you can easily hear conversations of other visitors.

Be-a-uttttiful property in such a sweet little spot close to Hyde park! Staff was very accommodating and able to get us a very early check in, which we appreciated after our red-eye. The small details of the room/building itself were lovely. When they say compact room, they mean cooooompact! With 2 checked bags I felt like we were stumbling and climbing over each other and our things just to get to the bed. Not the end of the world, but definitely worth noting before schleping your big bags in!

Great location. Super close to Paddington for the tube and for the Heathrow express. Bus stop right on the corner, many restaurants and pubs nearby. Walking distance to the Canals. The room was super small even though the receptionist said that he’d upgraded us. I can only imagine what size the previous room was. AND there was no closet or drawers or even a suitcase rack would have been helpful. They had three hangars on the wall so high up I had to keep asking my husband to hang my coat up. Everything else was great but I would never stay there again for longer than a couple of nights until they get that fixed.

Expensive because of the location, and design. We had to switch rooms after the first night. the tiniest sink I have ever seen in room 3, creakiest floor ever. No place to open a suitcase???

Staff was nice and cleaning staff was outstanding. They not only cleaned but folded up my stuff. The room was *tiny..* I had read that they were very small, but this was like a capsule hotel with a minibar. Do not recommend for this reason

Great location! The hotel is very close to Paddington station. Lovely interior and decor. Beautiful finishes and friendly staff. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom is so small you can barely turn around. The closet is only half size. Nowhere to hang long items. The bar is closed on Sundays.

No usb or c charging adapters in our room

Charming and helpful staff. Great location, very near Paddington Station on a quiet, tree-lined street. Easy access to multiple tube lines, making most London sites within 30 minutes. Comfortable bed, best shower ever! For those who might not be used to city hotels, the room is on the small side.

I liked that it was very clean and close to Paddington station and underground, and there were a lot of restaurants very close by.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and it was nice to have air conditioning on a hot day. The location is excellent for using Paddington Station. The room cost was extremely expensive at £500 per night. The room was pretty small. The bathroom sink was hilariously tiny. Maybe 12 inch wide with the faucet low making it a challenge to even brush my teeth.

Location near the train station and quiet surroundings at night. Size of the room was too small for two people. We had to upgrade.
-
we were in a cabin room which is pretty small the zinc in the bathroom was tiny they could have installed a bigger one

Location. View. Size.

The room was clean and well-appointed. The room was small. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful.

They say they have a gym but for a hotel with circa 30 rooms to have a gym that can only accomodate 1 person at a time is a joke. Breakfast OK but not a feature

Very convenient location to Paddington Station. Rooms are small, but I knew that when I booked it.

Very good

The room ( a double bed) was much smaller than I had expected. Bed ran wall to wall and was raised to have storage underneath. This mean you could not sit on the bed and as the room was so mall their was no chair. Fine to "sleep" but couldnt spend any time in the room apart from that. It was very clean and fresh No chair and no place for a chair
