The hotel room was big and clean with coffee facilities and small fridge. Location is good with easy access to underground and/or bus stop. Also, walking distance to shops and theatre.

Location Check in was advertised as 3pm, tried to check in at 3pm to be told the room had been cleaned but not checked & it would be 5/10 more minutes, finally allowed in at 3.30pm. Very inconvenient when I'd organised my day around a 3pm check in. Breakfast is supplied at a neighbouring hotel, not ideal when it's pouring with rain.

Most people will book this hotel because of the location (which is outstanding), but I really enjoyed the room quality. It felt like a great oasis of calm when escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.
