Everything was Perfect . Particularly the staff was very helpful and friendly with kids. They even changed us the room since i needed a little bit more of Space. Breakfast was very complete. I would highly recomend this hotel. We stayed almost 5 weeks and i first thought it would be very unconfortable to stay in a hotel for so long but it was perfectly fine precisely due to the flexibility and helpfulness of the staff . Thank you very much for everthing! Everything was Perfect

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Located near Paddington Station, you can travel anywhere. Breakfast was nice. No lift. If you have many bags or are disabled it may be difficult.

The room had a small fridge, fan, tea & coffee with free pastries and biscuits! Free water too and an ice cream on arrival while we waited for our room. A lovely welcome in all this heat. The breakfast was good with a selection of different foods to suit all tastes, as well as gluten free bread and oat milk. Excellent Ours was a small room and tiny shower , but very clean

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. No worries dropping off bags early and very very helpful bloke on reception who marked locations on a map...took the time to help and gave us bottles of water.....thank you! I will ask for a room lower down next time ..oldie like me struggled with the stairs.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were cleaned daily and kept spotless, and the 24-hour reception was very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Abdelkader, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was always smiling, professional, and incredibly helpful. His outstanding customer service truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Nothing

Great location, clean and well appointed. Little bit noisy from the street and the room was very hot and stuffy. The shower didn't drain properly.
