Location was great for Euston train station which is why I booked this place. Bed linen was clean and so was provided towel. Owner was nice and helped me when I needed it. Soap and a tea and coffee sachet provided. Even though my stay wasn’t that expensive, I still honestly think it was too expensive for what it’s worth. I was not at all comfortable and hardly slept in the duration of my stay for some of the reasons listed below. -Shared bathroom -Old damp smell -Extremely dusty room and dust in the air, not good for my asthma at all (I left my phone on the table for 1 minute and it already had a thick layer of dust covering my screen) -No fan in the room in the peak of the summer heat which I think is a bare minimum (I was on the top floor too where heat rises) -Wooden bed panels kept collapsing and mattress falling through (ended up putting my mattress on the floor and sleeping on the floor to prevent that from happening) -Doors are insanely squeaky, not at all sound proof and close with a loud bang which causes noise disturbance -Wardrobe doors wouldn’t stay closed -TV didn’t work at all (all channels kept saying “unavailable”) Despite the necessary location, it was not worth the money and I will not stay here again. It’s simply too uncomfortable.

With respect nothing Didn't like how Ahemed the owner, after assuring me that 2 adults and two children will be looked after for the asking price provided, he tried to make it look like my mistake and charged an extra £100 knowing that I wasn't in a position to refuse with no other options after travelling there, that's why I spoke with him not once but twice just to reaffirm the asking price was correct, because I couldn't access the family room, he assured me all was fine, then on arrival, he denied all knowledge and demanded more money, obviously I was very disappointed, further more his colleague was very rude and raised his voice to my girlfriend, after receiving more money his attitude changed, I didn't expect high quality for the original price, no windows opened no air, the smell of cigarettes smoke, the TV didn't work, the bathroom was dirty and that cost me £375, luckily the weather was great, so we got out every day. I will definitely not stay again

Bathroom in family suite is fairly modern and has a window which was nice. Beds could be a bit more comfortable and furniture updated.

Nothing! Very poor quality, unclean property! The night porter letting us into the property late at night wearing nothing but a pair of underpants and demanding £20.00 in cash!!!!!!!!

Good location, check in staff was nice Beds were terribly uncomfortable, didn’t look like it had a proper clean in a few years. Advertised as having parking but it doesn’t. It’s shared bathroom which isn’t stated anywhere on the booking either

Cheap and cheerful. Really great location. Passable. Very dated. Smells of cigarette smoke. Some of the plugs in the room didn't work. Not really an issue but the 'flat screen TV' was tiny and didn't work. Lots of stairs.
