How central it was to the two nearest tube stations We booked a double room and then requested one on a lower floor. The room was a lot smaller to what was shown on the booking.com photos. There was no headboard for the bed and sheets weren’t fitted. Other guests were loud on phone till late at night. Did the job for how short of a stay it was but for any longer than 2 days I’m not sure I would stay again. Receptionist was so nice and accommodating, made the stay more enjoyable.

It’s very clean, great location, quiet. Comfortable room The manager adi speaks to his customers in a rude, angry and inconsiderate way. He’s not helpful, makes the guest feel bad and wants to charge as much as he can with little to no help at all. I was very unhappy about the way he spoke to me like I was not worth his time. His attitude is a big problem and I hope he fixes his communication problems!

It was in a good location, close to local facilities and tube stations The lack of any form of air con or fans during a heatwave Lack of amenities in the room such as chairs, kettle with tea and coffee supplies, extra towels, tv remote, extra pillows, hand soap Lack of staff when we went to check out - concerning that there was no staff on site at all overnight and there was no guarantee how quickly things could be actioned by using the emergency number. When it came to us checking out around 8am, there was no one on the front desk and we weren’t advised about this or what to do so we just had to leave the key on the desk and hope for the best No working lock on the door - this is very concerning as we did hear some commotion in the room above us that made us feel a little unsafe and we were unable to lock the door.

Good central location. Easy access to the city centre. Room was clean and tidy. Stayed during a heatwave and the temperature was unbearable. No ventilation in the room.
