Caring Hotel

Location was good Room was extremely small and no ac. You could barely move in the room. Breakfast room was underground and crowded , u could hardly breathe in there. Also cot wasn’t provided on day 1 and we could hardly sleep on the bed with baby. Not the best experience. Staff was fine and location of hotel was fine.

Great staff, wonderful location, and very good value for money. Breakfast was good, it had everything we needed, nothing unnecessary. We missed having air conditioning in the room, and it was quite warm on the top floor, but we had a fan, which helped. Overall, we're very happy with our stay!

The hotel is in a great location, close to Hyde Park and other nice areas. The room was very clean with a nice shower and just fine for our overnight stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The room was a little on the small side but that was fine for our short stay.

Location in a nice part of London, great price, helpful staff and comfy bed. Was very hot in London that week and no AC, room was tight but functional, not very sound proof room, no noise problems though.

Todo. El pre check-in hizo que el ingreso fuera rápido y sin problema. Habitación chica pero cómoda. Cama matrimonial muy cómoda. Ducha con agua caliente y buena presión. El desayuno era muy bueno y con varias opciones. El staff muy amable (todos). La ubicación es fenomenal con fácil acceso a estaciones de metro y bus. Fue una excelente opción para ir y venir a pie a los BBC Proms en el Royal Albert Hall. Barrio muy seguro y con buenos pubs cerca.

Location of hotel was quite good, 10 minutes by walk from Paddington station, 3 minutes from Hide park, quiet neighborhood We got a completely different room than we ordered. very very small, at the highest level even though there were rooms of the same type available at the 1st floor. We had to wait long time to speak with manager, communication with manager was difficult, very unprofessional approach. Bed was very narrow and soft. Room equipment was incomplete. Breakfast was very simple without hot food, tea, every morning completely identical. Bahtroom for a dwarf, LOT OF MOLD IN BATHROOM!!! Absolutely not worth money.

great location and easy to find, staff were really friendly and the room was well presented and clean, our rooms were relatively close together and everything was as described, fantastic value for money. air conditioning would have been a bonus

The location. We asked not to have a ground floor room but got one, looking onto the street and without bars. Anyone could climb in so we had to sleep with the window closed. On a hot late July day it was stifling.

Good location, small room, but very comfortable. Check in was a bit confusing.

The location (for us) was perfect. Bayswater, Queensway, Paddington stations were within 13 minutes, there are few bus stops just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff was really nice. We paid for breakfast in advance and twice we could not use the breakfast beacuse we had a day trip from London that started earlier than the breakfast and we got a breakfast package :) Our room was in a narrow hallway, the next room was really close, so when the windows were open, the windows with the next room's window almost touched.

The room was clean and we didn't have problems with it being too hot. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were abel to leave our luggage at the hotel before out check-in time amd also after we checked out, as we had an evening flight. The location is great, allowing easy access to multiple tube lines. The hotel doesn't provide room slippers, and when we arrived we waited a while until someone came to open the door for us. There was no refrigerator in the room.
