Room was small but more than adequate for one person. Large fan was a plus as the room had only one airshaft window. I was ostly out and about. Refirgerator and microwave were spotless and worked. Shower pressure and temp were perfect. Lots of pillow choices. Short (2 block walk) to Paddington station. One block walk to good selection of affordable restaurants. Directions for the shower would have been nice. I can see some folks being a bit confused as to what cotntrolled what with the rain shower

Staff were very friendly, and the place felt secure and in a good location. Kettle and microwave were great as we were travelling with a toddler. Rooms were much tighter than we anticipated. Probably okay for a couple or single traveller.

Fantastic location close to edgware road and Hyde park A bit pricey and parking is limited, however they accommodate spaces with an additional charge of £20 per night which for London is cheap

Very comfortable bed, clean and neat room - spotless. Was a very warm night, but an extra fan was provided. Have been in a lot of small hotel rooms in London before and this was probably the best presented room, with a fridge, microwave, lots of tea and coffee facilities and genuinely very comfortable for the space. Bit of a walk to the top floor, with no lifts, but its a small hotel. To be honest, was great value for money, so can't complain.

Perfect location, small room but it had everything we needed for at four day stay - we didn’t come to London to stay at the hotel all day, so we had a clean place to stay, close to the tube, busses and Hyde Park. The room is compact, but bathroom is fairly big, there’s a closet for suitcases, a small fridge and a fan in the room. Staff was amazing and so accommodating and welcoming - especially also with our kid

Had everything we needed, really nice location, very affordable. As we were only staying one night, couldn’t really ask for much more. Maybe a better solution to cool the room down than just a fan.
