Great friendly staff Continental breakfast was definitely value for money

The area of the hotel was quiet. The location was convenient, as its next to the train station. The staff were nice. The room was extremely small. I am assuming this is usually sold as a single room and not for 2 people. The bathroom was full of mould. The furniture in the bathroom was falling apart. The carpet was smelling.

Couldn’t fault anything about our stay, helpful and friendly staff, great centeral location. Walking distance to Hyde park across the road. Breakfast was good too Nothing
-
Location and staff are very okay The size of the room and facilities are rather too small. It will be okay for a solo traveler
-
Property location was ideal The breakfast was a complete joke, we are a Muslim family their was nothing for us except boiled cold freezing eggs absolutely disgusting, this hotel needs to be investigated how can we pay £180 per night for this nonsense

Close to rail station. The reception staff were very helpful and the evening staff member was very friendly and welcoming. Lift was ideal as on crutches. Room a bit small. Pillows uncomfortable. Quite noisy. Linen bags restricted walking with crutches. Breakfast room was small and crowded. Staff made so much noise when clearing dishes away it made a few people uncomfortable.

The hotel was located ideally close to Hyde Park. The room was spacious and very clean and had air conditioning, which was most welcome in summer. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is difficult to access and navigate if you use a wheelchair or have restricted mobility. The duvet was too narrow for the size of the bed.

The staff were very helpful the rooms are very clean great location for transport and local shops. Its not expensive for London great value for money. Would definitely recommend it for a short stay over one or two nights The breakfast is basic but good value in my opinion remember this is London where everything is treble the price to anywhere else. Couldn't fault it value for money clean location good experience all round . The rooms are very small and the eating area is very compact not many seats. As ive mentioned in my previous feedback all good value for money you get what you pay for good experience for my first stop over . £89 for myself and my partner and breakfast this is London good value

Great air-conditioning in the room as we were staying over one of the heatwave weekends. Going to a concert at Hyde Park so the location was great for that, we were able to walk and save on transport costs. Easy to get to from King's Cross as there were 2 tube stations nearby. Shops and bars/restaurants just 2 streets over. Continental breakfast was fresh with someone replenishing regularly. Can't say there was anything that stood out as being an issue, in all a good experience.
