Exceptional. I’ve stayed at the Ritz, Four Seasons and other fine hotels that don’t touch the service, decore and ambiance. The thoughtful gifts they give you to spray your beautiful sheets is one example and the attention to detail everywhere is so sweet. We were so sick with stomach bugs and the manager allowed us to stay longer, the chef brought us homemade ginger tea on a beautiful display. I felt like I was staying at my grandmother’s wealthy home. The drawing room upstairs with wood paneling and the honesty bar. This place is elegant, charming,homey and feels like a big warm hug. Nothing.

The location was perfect, as I had booked to see a West End show. It is beautifully decorated with stunning attention to detail. My room was clean, well looked after and as a solo traveller I felt safe and looked after by the whole team who were wonderfully kind and attentive. I’m so glad I booked this hotel and will most definitely be returning I have nothing negative to say about this gorgeous hotel
