private bathroom, small room perfect size for 2 people. Staff were helpful and very friendly Location is great. The bathroom was not very clean and had some mould and the room had rising damp
-
Location is perfect, close to two different subway stations, shops, restaurants, Hyde Park. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, lift to access the rooms. Good, honest breakfast. We enjoyed our stay in all respects.

Water control for the shower did not work.

Great location Had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to arrive at reception. Room was dark and dingy with an uncomfortable bed. Breakfast average at best. Overall not a great experience.

This hotel was in a beautiful location within London.

Great location close to subway, bus stops and Kensington park. Nice breakfast though a bit repetitive, the ladies there were really nice too. The receptionist borrowed us an EU adapter as the sockets are British (but also few usb-a ports). It was very hot in London those days and the room got quite hot too with no AC. There was a fan and we could open the window which made it more bearable. The room was quite small, which was ok but it was hard to walk around the bed. The door had a large gap at the bottom (cca 2cm).

Very unusual plane. I will not recommend this place (not having bothroom very difficult)

The location and staff were fantastic! The bed was comfortable and it was easy to walk to two different tube stations. The hotel is on a quiet street so it was nice to be away from the city hustle and bustle. I appreciated the upgrade to a higher floor from the basement at check-in, but I caution that the singles are quite small. The bathroom was tiny (like a person larger than 5’2 wouldn’t fit). The room was a bit dusty but the bed was comfortable and luckily there was a fan in the room during the hottest May on record. Overall I would stay again! I just wish there was a mini fridge! With how expensive food is there was no way to save any leftovers.

Internet was too slow for work. Would not stay there again as a result.

Location is perfect to walk through Hyde park towards London centre Breakfast was not good for the price. Too limited food.
-
It was within close walking distance to everything - food, shopping, and buses. There was very limited public parking near the facility.

Talking about room 603 (just one person, 1.90m). The private bathroom is so tiny that you cannot stand in front of the mirror because there is the toilet!! And if you sit on the toilet, then you will need to open the door to fit inside the bathroom. It is super unconfortable.

Small comfortable hotel. Basic but fine. Ideal location, near underground station and 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park.

The location was excellent and the staff was great. Beds were super comfy. Nothing really. The rooms get really warm but that can't be helped in the winter with everyone running heaters.
-
Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice and quiet but not too far from shops, restaurants, pubs, and train stations.
-
location is in a very beautiful part of bayswater set in a square well located to Queensway and Bayswater stations and Hyde Park and very close to Notting Hill. Lots of great restaurants and cafes. Safe, and nice to walk around. I would recommend it here over Soho or somewhere else central every day of the week. It's nothing fancy, but that is more than ok. It is clean, calm, and wonderful staff!

Excellent service, personal and friendly. The place is strategically located in the city, clean, good value for money and decent breakfast.

The location was ideal, and the neighborhood is fantastic. The tv in our room pawn’s mounted properly, and the cable attachment in the back kept falling out. Breakfast was good, but wish we could have had more coffee in the morning.

Staff is nice, Location is good, closer to many restaurants and two tube stations. Rooms and toilets are very tiny, No facial tissues and no complimentary water bottles were provided. Everyday is with same small breakfast.
