Well located to a street of shops & eateries. Tube station at the top of this road. Hyde park close too. Room was very basic, like being in a students basement. Breakfast was poor & there are no facilities - no bar or place to sit.

Clean and Well-Maintained Property What I liked: The property is clean and well maintained. The overall condition of the hotel was good, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. What could be improved: There are not enough electrical sockets in the room, which can be inconvenient, especially when travelling with multiple devices. It would be helpful to have more accessible sockets. Also, while some staff members were friendly and helpful, I found that a few other staff members were not as welcoming or friendly. Improving consistency in customer service would make the overall experience better.

Great location. We had a triple room which was a good size. There was a squashed bug on our wall when we arrived. Not sure why it was squashed and not wiped off the wall. We were there during a ‘heatwave’ so the room was very hot. A fan was supplied but made very little impact. There is a water machine in the breakfast room which we were allowed to use when the breakfast room was open. It would be nice to have one in the reception area especially during summer as we could not fit our bottles under the tap in the sink.

the location was very close to Paddington and in a quiet residential area the room was right next to reception and the stairway so it was noisy . the room also overlooked a courtyard that was full of maintenance equipment. it was clean and comfy but the shower was leaking fairly badly while in use, although the staff were not aware and were looking to fix it as we left.

Good location. Close to shopping and resturants as well as the underground. The service provided by Fahid was exceptional. He went out of his way to help us locate a taxi, going as far as running along the road to flag one down for us. Without his assistance we would have missed our day tour. No exhaust fan in bathroom

Location and breakfast was fine. Upon arrival, I was checked-in into "basement" -1 level room, which was nothing but of a horrible experience. Extremely narrow bedroom, close to no sunlight and pure dirt outside of the window with view against the other wall. It was nothing like the offer/pictures that I have seen on the profile. What is interesting, is that the hotel itself, breakfast, staff, neighborhood was all good, however I felt embarrassed and anxious that needed to sleep in that room. As soon as I saw it, I asked the staff about the possibility for a different room but they were not able to offer anything. I think it's just a shame that as a customer you are reviewing the offers in detail and trying to find a suitable fit, paying the money and then you find yourself scratching your head throughout the stay, thinking that went wrong. Luckily I stayed only for 2 nights, but I can't help to feel like this is a fraud that you are paying for a single room and getting accommodated in the basement. Just terrible.

A basic experience, no common area to relax, the bedroom ok, the bed squished in a limited space and noise. It was very difficult to get on the 3rd floor.

Beds were comfortable, staff was nice. Rooms and bathrooms are very small. Beware when Booking. com is proposing a quadruple room for 4 people (2 adults an 2 children) they don't have quadruple rooms! (The pictures on Booking are false advertising!) Upon arrival we got two small separate rooms. We were told that we asked for one double bed an two single beds, but when I said I booked a quadruple room they said that there would have been not enough place in a room for 4 people they preferred to give us two separate rooms. In the end it was ok as we were just there to sleep but a heads up before we arrive would have been nice. Breakfast was ok, but a bit more choices would have been nice too.
