Excellent meal in Rail restaurant. Breakfast quite expensive. Room clean and well thought out. Bed quite high and shorter people may want a footstool!

Super convenient location. Friend staff. Love the atmosphere. A bit more options for breakfast would be fantastic.

It’s great proximity to the train station The receptionist when we checked in needs some communication and welcoming skills

The location is fantastic if you need to take a train and the room was quite confortable. It's very confusing to find the entrance to the hotel, and also to the corridor of the room, more signage is essential.

Hotel is very well situated for stopovers during train travels to and from St. Pancras and King's Cross. Beautiful hotel, bar/breakfast area and room. Very friendly staff. Extra charges regarding hotel services are very clearly indicated and transparent. Modern amenities in the room including electric curtains. Double bed was only accessible from one side but it didn't bother us. Spacious room and bathroom. I think it's the first time I see a competent hotel shower layout, where no water gets spilled outside and has to be mopped from the bathroom floor. Bravo! I expected the price to be steep only because of the very convenient location, but it actually reflects the high quality of the hotel. A bit noisy due to corridor doors opening and closing, but that was because of the specific room we had (1st floor, applies to 109 and 110), which we booked fairly late and on which a discount was offered, so it's understandable that we would get one of the less optimal rooms. Couples mustn't be too uneasy regarding toilet use, as the toilet is directly next to the opaque glass bathroom door, which doesn't block noise a whole lot (I don't know how this applies to other rooms in the hotel).
