We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with a train station, restaurants, and a beautiful park all nearby. It was very convenient and made our stay in London comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would suggest improving is the bathroom design. When taking a shower, the water tends to splash everywhere and the entire bathroom floor gets very wet. It would be great if this could be improved.

Everything was great - location, staff, room, cleanliness, facilities, aircon in hot weather! Breakfast was a bit scarce, but sufficient and tasty for average need. I liked that breakfast run from 7 am until 11 am which was very convenient. Breakfast was generally sufficient and tasty for average need, but would be a bit scarce for someone wanting more food, for example, could be better selection of sliced cheese and sausages. Also milk was running low all the time so had to ask and wait for replenish. However, catering staff was helpful, so must be not their fault but internal instructions to keep the supplies in check.

Property was really nice. We had a junior suite with plenty of room. Our room was dark as it was at the back of hotel with only a ceiling window for daylight.
