Perfect location in a vibrant area. Nicely decorated rooms. Beautiful park across the street. Small family room, partly underground. Noise from the corridor. Funky smell from the bathroom. The breakfast room was small and noisy. Staff could benefit from being more service orientated and friendly.

Very close to shops and the underground. Airconditioning was helpful with the summer heat. I might complain about a lot of things below, but I actually quite enjoyed it and will definitely book here again on my next trip to London! The room and bathroom was quite narrow - the bathroom especially was hard to move around in. The beds were a bit creaky. Not enough surfaces - there was a tiny ledge for the coffee station but that's it.

Location was good. Very easy to find. Near the tube. Staff at reception were always attentive. Seemed like the sheets weren't being changed
