Morgan Hotel

The location is really great. The room was not really clean, there were holes on the floors with some insects… a lot of electricity issues, I could not charge my phone during the last night as none of the power sockets were working. It is written that there is an AC in the room, however it is just a fan.

Great stay in the Garden Room. Close to West End and sights. Comfortable and clean-the Garden Room is huge! Good breakfast

Great location, very well run and efficient operation. Everything a short term traveler could need. We were especially thankful for the air conditioning.

We stayed in the apartment. It’s was spacious and clean. We loved the sitting room. The full English breakfast is a great way to start any day. We stayed during a heatwave in London. It was helpful to be able to open the windows but even then it was hot inside the apartment.

Comfortable, clean room of reasonable size for a London tourist hotel. we had asked for a quiet room, which ours was, with a small patio area. Very well placed for Covent Garden, theatres, and literally round the corner from the British Museum. Breakfast was good, cooked to an order generated from a QR code by way of a smartphone; this was unexpected but easy to use. Steep, narrow steps down to reception, particularly difficult when having to take cases to leave on day of departure. There is no secure baggage area and case are left in the dining room.

Location Walls very thin, could hear very loud lengthy telephone conversation around midnight, not in English so no idea what about! Only stopped when I knocked the door.

The Location was great and the Breakfast was equally as good .... Stairs - but I guess that comes with travel

Good location and staff very helpful. Full breakfast was enjoyable and made to order. The hotel was very clean and the room was serviced daily. The room was quite tight in space as well as the shower. Ther was only one electric outlet in the room - quite limiting for anyone needing power to operate any health related machines (hearing aid charger, CPAP machine).

Right on the middle of everything

There is air conditioning which we were happy for. Big breakfast. Good location. The room is tiny and grim. You can't drink the water! They won't bother to make up the room and won't apologize when they don't. No lift. Location is good but you can do much better for the price if you walk a bit further.

Great area, nice area, friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast! Air con was a huge bonus. Could do with a little deep clean/ touch up in some areas, but that’s just being picky, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in London for the price paid.

Plenty of room in the apartment location was good Reception was downstairs and ended waiting a while when we first got their for someone to answer the door another visitor eventually let us in Breakfast was ok the microwave worked well overtime restaurant was a little cramped
