Very cool looking, rooms are great and location was fab Wasted a lot of time doing the self check in screens only for it to not work and then have to join a long line of people checking in at the bar and staff having two laptops to do it between them. Did get a free cocktail though so all is well

Cleanliness and modern facilities Strange to be in a room without a window. It was a bit cold. The cups were very small for tea. The high bed was comfortable but the steps were steep and getting down in the night for the loo felt risky.

Great location Clean Good size rooms Nice breakfast We arrived early were told our rooms were ready but if we wanted to access them we had to pay. No problem with that but we declined as we only needed to drop of the bags and head to a matinee. When we returned at 5pm we were told that rooms were not ready and we had to wait. To be fair to staff they then fixed it but it left a poor taste in what other than that was a great stay

The location of this hotel is the best! We also liked the lobby with tables and very nice design. The sofa “extra bed” for the girl was very strong (it’s not a normal mattress). The room has no window.

Location was great. Room was great. My 7yo loved it. Enough room for 3 of us with our luggage. The a/c did not work in our room. It was a bit warm for us at times but overall tolerable.

Location as central as possible, modern design, clean No refrigerator in the room, during the hottest August Lindon has face (2026), we had the window less room for two. It is just for a nap. I understand that the room is tiny, but there were no space to hand out a towel or leave our stuff somewhere. We did found the way, but it is in need of some few little things (like hangings in the bathroom), a little shelf to put necessary hygiene stuff etc.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It’s close to all the major attractions in London, the underground tube station is 2 minutes away from the hotel. Room was small but clean and equipped! The shower water temperature handle seemed to be a bit broken when we got the room.
