The hotel was ideally situated for the theatres we visited, Covent Garden and Oxford Street. It was comfortable and well furnished. A comprehensive tasty breakfast buffet was also enjoyed. We were dismayed to find that the hotel bar closed at around 10pm just as we returned from our theatre visit and expected to have a nightcap.

Staff very welcoming and courteous. Location is brilliant - so easy to walk to lots of visitor attractions but also a great neighbourhood for eating out. Room was quieter than expected for such a central location.

Very quiet once the place settled for the night, comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Shower was a little small. Tv could have been positioned better in room 114. Doors to the corridors were on our bedroom wall so was noisy everytime someone used them slamming behind them, (bed could maybe be repositioned off that wall)

Location. A very warm welcome and the staff team went the extra mile to help us celebrate our anniversary. Room was very comfortable Poor air conditioning. A supplementary temporary unit was supplied in the room, but clearly the system needs upgrading.

It was a nice room with inoffensive decor The staff at check-in offered to have breakfast ready for when I checked out at 6am (I didn't ask, they proactively offered), however this message wasn't passed on so at 6am I was left waiting while staff told me I was wrong and when they did realise the note was there but had been ignored they assured me they would quickly make arrangements. They left me waiting almost 30 minutes to provide me with a breakfast that turned out to be three apples and an orange. No juice, no coffee, no bread or anything else. I had to get a taxi to make up lost time and paid for breakfast twice (once at the hotel, once hours later when I could get something).
