Very friendly staff on reception. Location was fantastic. Rooms were perfectly clean. We had been given a fan to help with the heatwave but it was broken and soo noisy.

Nothing. Very small room. The lift was not working and the hostel had no facilities. There were restrictions in using the common kitchen. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the bed sizes were very small.

My girlfriend and I stayed in a Superior Double Room. Our arrival was smooth: we landed at Heathrow and it was very easy to get to the Queensway station by tube, which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Unfortunately, at check-in, we were informed that the elevator was unavailable and our room was on the 3rd floor. We had to take the stairs with our luggage, which was a little inconvenient. Upon entering the room, we also noticed that there was no air conditioning and that the bathroom was quite small. In this case, it was our mistake not to notice this detail in the listing. I am 1.78 m tall and I was practically at the same height as the shower enclosure, so the space was really limited. Despite these points, we had a good experience at the hotel. The location is extremely convenient and safe, with plenty of shops around and easy access to Queensway and Paddington stations. The corridors smelled very nice, the room was clean, and the staff was very attentive. Since there was no air conditioning, the hotel provided extra fans for guests, which was a positive initiative and helped a lot, especially because London was experiencing some very hot days. One important negative point, however, was that I received messages from two separate phone numbers claiming that there were additional fees that still needed to be paid, even though I had already made the full payment through Booking.com. I did not respond to either message, and everything went smoothly when we arrived at the hotel. However, I believe this is an important issue that the hotel should investigate, as it appears that guests’ phone numbers may be being leaked or exposed somewhere in the process, allowing scammers to contact them with fraudulent payment requests. This raises concerns about a potential internal security or data protection issue. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend the hotel mainly because of its location and safety.

It worked very well while traveling with my family. One room fitted everyone. Many other families where also staying there. Simple but resonable priced breakfast. The room is very small and the top bed is very high.
