Spacious room , well decorated, bed were comfortable Room are not cleaned during the stay. There is not even an option to ask for it. Coffee provided in room seems to be a decade old, sugar had cristallised in one block. And again not refilled the next day - you have to go in the main community breakfast room, to take some more ( the staff told us to do that)

Arrived early but was allowed to leave luggage in the room as it was nearly ready for us. Extremely friendly and informative staff, close to tube station and felt safe. Lovely continental breakfast. Great location Nothing not to like

- Prime location near 2 metro stations, nearby restaurants & cafes, and Hyde Park - Very good amenities: spacious room, a lot of sunlight, comfy beds - Excellent service from the staff: 24-hour reception, luggage storage, check-out at 12:00 None that I can think of

Very well appointed, my room was spacious and comfortable. The bed had a rather hard mattress, which did affect my sleep and the continental breakfast was somewhat pricey.

Easy location , quiet and clean. Coffee machine wasn’t working.Spare bed my daughter was sleeping on was very uncomfortable she didn’t sleep ,plus there was a small light near floor couldn’t turn it off .

Good room size and bathroom well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Good to have bottles in the room fridge. Hotel handy to get too and room easy to access. Good access to London transport. Lights switches were hard to find. Staff could have been more welcoming.

It is a clean hotel with a fantastic location, and the staff are very polite. The complimentary coffee and tea were an added bonus. Thank you. The rooms are very small; finding space to open a suitcase is almost impossible.

The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent The beds were terrible uncomfortable. Super thin and no cushion. My 81-year-old mom had to sleep on a sofa bed that literally bowed up like a banana. Our shower was clogged with hair to the point water was coming out of the shower and submerging into the rest of the bathroom. The staff had to come to our rescue at 11 pm at night

A really lovely place, which we thought looked even better than the pictures. The surroundings are peaceful and the location is walkable to Hyde Park and also very close to the tube for access to central London. The staff were very friendly, everything was super clean and comfortable, and the booking/check in process was really smooth. Honestly there were no issues. It’s costly, but that’s just London!
