Beautiful hotel with superb room even though the rooms are not huge it was gorgeous and very comfortable with lovely features. The staff here are probably the best I’ve ever met. They are amazing! There was building works at the time to improve the property so only one lift available but I never let that bother me. It was always clean and tidy so I know when it’s finished it will be amazing.

The breakfast is exceptional. It features a beautiful buffet but also offers cooked to order meals. The hotel itself is quite and very comfortable. My room was small but completely adequate. The hallways, at least on the ground floor, are quite dark...a bit depressing. But the overall ambience is lovely.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was brilliant. The room décor is modern and stylish. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Hotel prices in London are simply far too high. Although everything was fine, that doesn’t justify the high price. The single room is a bit small and is right next to a noisy road. Don’t forget your earplugs!

The room was very cozy, we went for honeymoon so they gave us some complimentary additions which was really nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and its perfect for the summer as it has an AC . The location is perfect too, Walking distance to hyde park and nice coffee shops around. It was a wonderful experience will definitely consider staying there again if we ever visit london in the future. Nothing really not to like.

Location close to Paddington, quiet, Safe Communication with staff, strict no late check out policy, no notice of gym being closed or renovations being made. This was my 3rd time staying at the property, check in was fine but after that communications weren’t as warm and inviting as previous times (I was only asking for 30 minutes extra for check out time)

I can highly recommend the Caesar hotel! Helpful staff, clean and excellent breakfast. We have been visiting a number of hotels in this area and this is absolutely the best!
